Founder's Office – Operations Lead
Location: Noida (on-site, 6 days a week) · Experience: 5–8 years · Reports to: CEO / Founders The role
SiteRecon is hiring an Operations Lead in the Founder's Office. You will work directly with the founders to find the problems that slow our business down, design practical solutions, and put them into practice on the ground, across a mapping operation of 120+ cartographers serving customers in the US and Canada.
This is not an advisory role. You will spot a problem in the data or on the floor, work out the fix, get Team Leads, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Sales behind it, roll it out, and prove with numbers that it worked. Then you will move to the next one.
This role suits someone who thinks like a problem-solver, executes like an operator, and knows how to bring people along through change.

What you'll do:
Find the problems that matter
- Dig into operations data, customer escalations and floor-level workflows to find what is hurting delivery, quality, cost or customer experience.
- Separate symptoms from root causes, size each problem by business impact, and agree priorities with the founders.
- Track the metrics that show where operations are slipping: productivity, TAT, SLA adherence, rework, backlog and capacity.
Design and implement solutions
- Turn each problem into a clear solution with an owner, a plan, a timeline and a success metric.
- Pilot changes with one team or shift, measure the results, and scale what works across the operation.
- Redesign SOPs, quality checks, workflows and team structures where needed, and make sure they hold on the floor after launch.
Lead technology and process change
- Work with Product and Engineering to define tool and workflow improvements for mapping and QA, and own their rollout to the floor.
- Identify manual, repetitive work that can be automated or simplified, and drive it through to implementation.
- Make sure operations can absorb significant growth in volume without the same growth in headcount or complexity.
Drive change management
- Win buy-in from Team Leads, QA Supervisors and cartographers for new ways of working, and handle resistance with clarity and patience.
- Plan communication, training and handholding for every change so adoption sticks across shifts.
- Align Customer Success, Sales and the CEO on changes that affect customers, delivery timelines or capacity.
Track and report improvements
- Build a straightforward tracker of every initiative: baseline,
target, current result and owner.
- Set up daily, weekly and monthly dashboards that show the impact of changes on operational KPIs.
- Run regular reviews with the founders on what has improved, what has stalled, and what comes next.
Support the founders
- Take on high-priority operational projects directly from the founders, from capacity planning for a large new customer to setting up a new team or process.
- Act as the bridge between the founders' priorities and day-to-day execution on the floor.
You must have:
- 5–8 years of experience in operations excellence, process improvement, business transformation, founder's office or strategy-to-execution roles.
- Hands-on exposure to large, metrics-driven operations, such as GIS or mapping, data annotation, KPO, BPO or digital operations.
- A track record of finding a business problem, designing the solution and implementing it yourself, with measurable results you can show.
- Experience leading a technology or tool rollout with Product or Engineering teams and getting it adopted by the people who use it.
- Strong change-management and people skills. You can influence Team Leads and floor teams without direct authority.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. You build your own analysis, trackers and dashboards.
- Clear, structured communication with founders, cross-functional teams and frontline staff.
Good to have
- Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous-improvement training.
- Experience at a startup, SaaS or product company.
