We're looking for sharp, reliable Operations Executives to manage day-to-day channel operations across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms, keeping POs, shipments and coordination running smoothly from order to delivery.

What you'll do

- Manage day-to-day operations for your assigned channels
- Track POs, shipments and dispatches, and follow up until they're delivered
- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics partners and platform teams to resolve delays and issues
- Handle shipment discrepancies, returns (RTVs) and order-level escalations
- Keep trackers and reports updated so the team always knows where stock and orders stand
- Work closely with the Operations Lead and cross-functional teams (Catalog, Marketing, Accounts)

Who you are

- 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics or channel coordination, ideally with E-commerce, Quick Commerce or a D2C brand
- Understanding of how marketplace and quick commerce channels work: POs, shipments, inventory and logistics




- Good communication skills (Written and verbal) for daily coordination with platforms, vendors and the warehouse
- Organised, quick to follow up, and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
- Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets/ Systems

You'll stand out if you have

- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto or Swiggy Instamart seller panels
- Experience coordinating with warehouses or logistics partners
