Garaaz is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage order processing, spare parts picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely customer deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders on the computer system.
- Pick and verify spare parts from warehouse inventory.
- Pack orders accurately and hand them over to delivery riders.
- Maintain order and inventory records.
- Coordinate with delivery teams and resolve order-related issues.
- Ensure timely order fulfilment as per defined TAT/SLA.
Requirements
Positive Hindi communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Freshers and candidates with 12 years of experience are welcome!
Experience in spare parts, warehouse, retail, or operations is an advantage.
