Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Operations to oversee end-to-end printing, packaging production, and finishing operations. The candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and business acumen to ensure production efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end printing, packaging production, and finishing operations.
- Lead and guide the maintenance and utilities teams.
- Ensure product quality standards and timely delivery.
- Develop business strategies to expand market share.
- Control operational costs and improve production efficiency.
- Supervise technical teams, production staff, and administrative departments.




- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and support audits.
- Implement and maintain 5S practices across operations.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of printing and packaging processes.
- Experience managing large teams and production lines.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of compliance and audit procedures.
- Good exposure to 5S practices.
- Proven track record with reputed organizations.

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per month
