About us

Avanya Global is a small, growing company in Anandvalli, Gangapur Road, Nashik. We run day-to-day operations for a US-based e-commerce business. Most of the heavy work is done by AI tools and dashboards we have built ourselves, so you do NOT need advanced technical skills. What we need is someone reliable who runs these systems carefully, every single day.

We want someone who will stay and grow with us for years. This is not a stop-gap job.

What you will do

- Check daily orders, stock and product listings using our dashboards
- Spot problems (wrong price, low stock, delayed order, unhappy customer) and fix or report them the same day
- Reply to customer and marketplace messages in clear, simple English (with AI help)
- Update records in Google Sheets and follow written checklists exactly
- Learn current tasks as we add them. You will be trained step by step.

You will do well here if

- You finish what you start without being reminded
- You double-check your own work
- You tell us about a mistake immediately, even a small one
- You ask when you are unsure instead of guessing
- Your past record (job or college) shows you stay and stick with things
- You use ChatGPT or similar tools, and can use Google Sheets or Excel at a basic level
- You can read and write simple, correct English

This job is NOT for you if

- You plan to move to Pune, Mumbai or another city within a year
- You are looking for a coding or pure IT role

Requirements

- Graduate (any stream)
- 0–3 years of experience. Freshers with a solid record are welcome.
- Living in Nashik, or relocating before joining

What we offer

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month in-hand, based on ability
- Full on-the-job training, with paid training in the first month
- Hands-on experience in US e-commerce and AI-driven work systems, which very few people in Nashik have
- Small team, direct work with the founder, and pay reviews for people who prove themselves
- Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and a half day on Saturday
