Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to support workforce planning, performance tracking, and operational reporting across projects and clients. The role involves roster planning, monitoring doctor and team performance, preparing KPI reports, and helping identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency. You will work closely with team leads, project managers, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Workforce Management
- Assist with weekly and monthly rosters for doctors and operational teams.
- Track attendance, shift adherence, and team availability.
- Coordinate leave updates, shift changes, and coverage planning to support uninterrupted operations.
- Help ensure workforce availability aligns with project needs and consultation volumes.
- Performance & KPI Reporting
- Track performance metrics such as productivity, quality, response time, and compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports for internal reviews and client updates.
- Highlight performance gaps and share relevant observations with team leads.
- Operational Metrics & Improvement
- Monitor client-specific metrics, trackers,



and operational dashboards.
- Identify metrics below target and support basic root-cause analysis.
- Assist with improvement plans, process updates, and follow-up on results.
- Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with team leads, project leads, and operations managers on workforce plans and daily execution.
- Follow up on performance improvement actions and pending tasks.
- Support operational decisions by maintaining accurate data and sharing useful insights.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Operations, B.Tech, B.Pharm, or related fields are eligible.
- Freshers are most welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in operations, workforce management, or reporting are also encouraged.
- Basic to good proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data reporting; willingness to learn is important.
- Good analytical, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based operational environment.
- Must be able to bring their own device (BYOD) for work.
