The Operations Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day loan operations, maintaining customer records, verifying loan documentation, coordinating loan processing, and ensuring that operational activities are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- process loan applications and verify the completeness of customer documents.
- Collect and maintain KYC documents, including Aadhaar, PAN, and other required records.
- Enter customer and loan details into the company’s software.
- Coordinate with the credit and accounts departments regarding loan approvals and disbursements.
- Maintain loan files, repayment records, and customer databases.

- Follow up on pending documents and loan application statuses.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Handle customer queries related to loan documentation and application status.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
- Coordinate with branch staff and management to ensure smooth operations.

Interview Location:



The interview will be scheduled at our Head Office in Kollam. The selected candidate will be posted at our Thiruvananthapuram (Karamana) branch.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; BBA, B.Com or equivalent qualifications preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer applications.
- Good communication, organisational, and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in banking, finance, loan processing, or operations is an advantage.
