Baker & Grey is looking for a mature, responsible, and proactive Operations Coordinator to coordinate daily operations, manage priorities, and ensure timely completion of commitments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily service schedules and installation projects.
- Make practical decisions, resolve routine operational issues, and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Follow up with employees, technicians, and vendors to ensure commitments are met.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, including handling difficult situations.
- Monitor deadlines, pending tasks, and job completion.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Who We're Looking For

- Any degree; 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Professional assertiveness and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.




- Ability to work independently without repeated reminders.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience coordinating field teams or technical services is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility—not someone who merely passes messages or waits for instructions.

Job Details

Location: Padivattom, Edappally, Ernakulam, Kerala

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:15 PM (Versatile working arrangements may be considered based on individual requirements and operational feasibility)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
