- Business Operations: Manage and coordinate day-to-day business activities, operational records, and internal reporting.

- Advanced Excel &
- Data Analytics: Develop and manage complex Excel workbooks, advanced calculations, conditional logic, automated reports, analytical models, and professional dashboards.

- AI &

- Cloud Integration: Use AI-powered tools, Microsoft 365, cloud-based systems, and automation technologies to improve productivity, reporting accuracy, and workflow efficiency.

- Purchasing &

- Procurement: Assist with purchasing activities, preparing purchase orders, comparing supplier quotations, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.

- Order Management: Monitor new and repeat orders, maintain order tracking systems, and ensure timely processing and follow-up until delivery.

- Supplier Coordination: Communicate regularly with suppliers, monitor production progress, follow delivery schedules, and proactively resolve delays or operational issues.

- Inventory &

- Stock Analysis: Maintain stock reports, monitor inventory movements, identify replenishment requirements,



and support purchasing decisions.

- Reporting &

- Presentations: Prepare skilled management reports, business performance analyses, and high-quality Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.

- Software &

- Process Improvement: Work with business management software, ERP systems, digital platforms, and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.

- International Coordination: Coordinate with management and business teams to ensure accurate information, timely updates, and smooth execution of operational activities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
