Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day factory operations, production planning, manpower allocation, inventory coordination, and timely order delivery. The candidate should have solid practical knowledge of manufacturing operations, preferably in non-woven medical products.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities, manpower allocation, and workflow.
- Supervise production teams and ensure achievement of daily and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the Inventory Executive to ensure raw materials and stock are available.
- Monitor production schedules, order status, dispatches, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain inventory control, stock reconciliation, and material usage records.
- Monitor wastage, labour productivity, machine utilisation, and basic production costs.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, workplace safety, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Research & Development (R&D;), inventory, and dispatch teams.
- Prepare daily MIS reports, production dashboards, and target-versus-actual performance reports using MS Excel.
- Identify production bottlenecks, resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions.




- Assign responsibilities to team members and follow up on pending tasks.
- Report daily production performance, delays, wastage, and resource requirements to the Executive Director.

Technical Skills Required

- Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and capacity utilisation.
- Understanding of surgical gowns, patient gowns, masks, drapes, sheets, and other non-woven medical products.
- Knowledge of inventory management, raw materials, and stock reconciliation.
- Basic costing, wastage control, and productivity monitoring.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and production documentation.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant manufacturing/operations discipline.
- Strong practical experience in factory or manufacturing operations is essential.

Required Candidate Profile

- 4–6 years of experience in factory operations, manufacturing, or production supervision.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interdepartmental coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet production and delivery deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in medical textiles or non-woven product manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
