We re Hiring: OpenText ALM Tool Support Experience: 4 6 Years
Required Experience: 5+ years preferred in OpenText ALM / Quality Center Support
Key Skills: OpenText ALM, Quality Center Administration, Test Management
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Test Plan, Test Lab, Releases & Cycles, Defect Management, and Requirements Traceability.
- Handle bulk data uploads, mass updates, tester assignments, and test execution scheduling.
- Support Excel integrations and OTA/API-based automation.
- Troubleshoot ALM configurations, user access, workflows, project setup, and performance issues.
- Prepare dashboards and test management reports.
Preferred Skill: OpenText Exstream Interested candidates can share their updated resumes.
