Roles & Responsibilities

- MS Office, SQL, Advanced Excel, SQL Server.
- Requirement Gathering, Inter Team Coordination
- Solid Verbal and Written communication
- IT professional with an analytical frame of mind.
- Good in conducting primary and secondary research.
- Customer Interaction, Handling Customer concern, Post Service.
- Generating weekly and monthly MIS Reports, Reading mails and sending mails.
- Handling customer queries, making reports, receiving calls, reporting to the manager.
- Troubleshooting Customer issues over the call using Excel functions.
- Preparation of Charts & dashboards by using critical formulas in Advanced Excel.
- Produce descriptive statistic reports using graphs with the filtered data (Pivots) in MS-Excel and present the reports in MS-Power point.
- To do the comparative analysis & document the reports for the higher management using functions.
