Learners Note is looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated online trainers to deliver high-quality, personalized, one-on-one training sessions to learners across the globe. We aim to provide practical, industry-relevant learning experiences that help students and professionals develop their technical and professional skills.

We are currently hiring trainers for Generative AI & Agent Workflows, Advanced Excel – Business & Computing, Python – Basics to Advanced, and Data Science with Generative AI.

Candidates should have strong subject knowledge, practical industry experience, and the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners at different skill levels.

Courses and Job Responsibilities

Trainers may be assigned one or more courses based on their qualifications, experience, and subject expertise.

1. Generative AI & Agent Workflows Trainer

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with generative AI tools and large language models (LLMs).

Experience building at least one basic AI agent or automation workflow.

At least 1 year of teaching, training, or mentoring experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science.

4–6+ years of experience in AI/ML or software development, including practical LLM or agent applications such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and tool integration.

Relevant AI or cloud AI/ML certifications.

At least 2 years of corporate or online training experience.

A demonstrable project portfolio, GitHub profile, or published technical content.

1. Advanced Excel – Business & Computing Trainer

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Information Technology, or any relevant discipline.

At least 3 years of professional experience using advanced Excel features, including XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, and dashboards.

Familiarity with Excel AI features, including Microsoft Copilot.

At least 1 year of training experience or the ability to deliver a strong practical demonstration session.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in analytics, MIS, financial modelling, or a related role.

Microsoft Office Specialist (Excel Expert) certification.

Practical knowledge of Power Query, VBA, and Power BI.

At least 3 years of corporate training experience.

1. Python – Basics to Advanced Trainer

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: B.Tech, BCA, MCA,



B.Sc., or an equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 3 years of professional Python development experience.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, pandas, and working with APIs using libraries such as requests.

At least 1 year of teaching or mentoring experience.

Ability to explain programming concepts clearly to complete beginners.

Preferred Qualifications

B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA in Computer Science or a related discipline.

5–8+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development.

Python Institute certifications such as PCEP, PCAP, or PCPP, or relevant cloud certifications.

At least 3 years of teaching or training experience.

Experience using AI-powered coding tools.

A portfolio of projects, open-source contributions, or other demonstrable development work.

1. Data Science with Generative AI Trainer

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant STEM field.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in data science or analytics.

Practical knowledge of pandas, scikit-learn, SQL, and statistical concepts.

Experience completing multiple end-to-end machine learning projects.

Working knowledge of large language models (LLMs).

At least 1 year of teaching or training experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

5–8+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, including production ML projects and Generative AI/RAG applications.

Relevant cloud machine learning or recognised data science certifications.

Kaggle participation, published research, or a demonstrable project portfolio.

At least 3 years of teaching or corporate training experience.

General Requirements for All Trainers

Excellent spoken English and communication skills.

Ability to conduct engaging, interactive, one-on-one online sessions.

Ability to adapt teaching methods and pace according to each learner's needs and skill level.

Strong practical knowledge of the selected subject.

Comfortable using AI tools to support teaching and learning activities.

Willingness to conduct a live demonstration session as part of the selection process.

A strong teaching demonstration and practical subject knowledge are equally important in the selection process.

For AI-related courses, a demonstrable project portfolio may be considered in place of formal certification,



depending on the candidate's practical expertise.

Technical Requirements A desktop computer or laptop with YouCam installed. This is mandatory for session recording.

Mobile devices are not supported for conducting classes.

A stable and reliable Wi-Fi or internet connection.

A suitable setting for uninterrupted online teaching.

Ability to conduct live sessions through Google Meet.

Working Hours and Availability

Working days: Monday to Saturday.

Weekly off: Sunday.

Available class timings: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Breaks: 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

Minimum commitment: 4 hours per day.

Minimum availability: 5 days per week.

Candidates should be comfortable working within the specified time window and maintaining a consistent teaching schedule.

Compensation and Perks

Hourly compensation: ₹300–₹500 per hour for conducted sessions.

Compensation may vary depending on the number of students in a session and other applicable arrangements.

Initial payment terms will be determined based on performance.

Eligible for appraisal after 15 months, subject to the applicable appraisal policy.

Payments will be credited on the 15th of each month for sessions conducted during the previous month.

Successful candidates may be assigned students for the entire academic year, subject to satisfactory completion of the demo class and other applicable requirements.

Tax and Documentation: TDS will be deducted at the applicable rate as per government regulations. Form 16 or the applicable TDS certificate will be provided as required under the relevant tax provisions.

Training and Onboarding

Mandatory training on teaching tools and internal applications will be provided.

Course syllabuses and study materials will be shared for reference.

Trainers will receive guidance on conducting online sessions and using the required teaching platforms.

Interview and Selection Process

Initial Screening: Review of the candidate's resume, qualifications, and relevant experience.

Online Interview: Interviews will be conducted through Google Meet.

Demo Class: Candidates must deliver a 7–10-minute PowerPoint-based demonstration lesson on a relevant topic of their choice.

Evaluation: Candidates will be assessed on subject knowledge, teaching ability, communication skills, presentation quality, and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
