About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented OOH Sales Head / Business Development Head to drive business development and sales for our Out-of-Home advertising business in Kolkata and across West Bengal.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the OOH advertising industry, established relationships with brands, advertising agencies and media agencies, and a proven ability to generate new business and convert enquiries into successful advertising campaigns.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have an existing client network and can independently generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for OOH advertising campaigns across Kolkata and West Bengal.
- Generate new business from brands, corporates, advertising agencies, media agencies and local businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, marketing teams and advertising agencies.
- Identify opportunities for hoardings, unipoles, gantries, wall wraps, transit media, metro advertising, bus shelters and other OOH formats.
- Understand client requirements, budgets and target locations to develop suitable advertising solutions.
- Prepare and present OOH proposals, quotations, media plans and presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and independently close advertising campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with media planning, procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Establish relationships with OOH media owners and identify current advertising inventory opportunities.




- Monitor competitor activities, market rates and emerging advertising opportunities across West Bengal.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain strong client relationships.
- Submit regular sales reports and business development updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in OOH advertising, outdoor media, advertising sales or media sales preferred.
- Existing relationships with advertising agencies, media agencies, corporate marketing teams or brands will be a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Kolkata and West Bengal OOH advertising market.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients and close business independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings across Kolkata and other locations in West Bengal.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and basic CRM tools.
- Target-driven, confident and professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business development targets.
- Fluency in Bengali, Hindi and English will be preferred.
