About The Role

Reviews, ratings, and online conversations can make or break a brand’s reputation. We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn feedback into opportunities, conversations into connections, and online sentiment into a positive brand experience!

If you enjoy understanding what people think about brands, know your way around online reviews, and have a knack for crafting the right response, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor online reviews, brand mentions, and customer sentiment across digital platforms.
- Manage Google reviews and customer feedback with thoughtful, timely, and brand-appropriate responses.
- Help brands build a positive online presence and tackle reputation challenges.
- Track sentiment trends, identify potential issues, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Prepare ORM reports, analyse performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to keep reputation management activities on track.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in ORM, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile,



review management, and customer feedback.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to strike the right tone in every response.
- An eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple clients.
- Someone who understands that behind every review is a customer and an opportunity to make things better.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Familiarity with ORM, social listening, and sentiment analysis tools.
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency.
