Role Description The On-Ground Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in building and scaling Fastveg Digital’s operations in Chhindwara. This is a full-time, in office role focused on driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing local project execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and closing new business opportunities, coordinating with clients to understand their marketing needs, and collaborating with the remote digital and creative teams to deliver campaigns.





The role involves monitoring campaign performance, providing on-ground insights, conducting market research, and representing the brand at local meetings and industry events. The On-Ground Co-Founder will also help shape strategy, develop partnerships, and ensure that operations run efficiently while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Sales skills to drive growth, engage clients, and support performance-focused campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to interpret data, understand market trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
- Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or real estate marketing is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a leadership or entrepreneurial capacity, preferably in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
- Comfort with on-ground client interactions, local networking, and operational oversight in Chhindwara.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered.
