Role Description The Office Associate role at Freeshop is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.

The Office

Associate will handle day-to-day office administration tasks such as managing records, organizing files, supporting basic accounting activities, and coordinating schedules and meetings. This role includes responding to customer inquiries, providing in-person and phone-based support, and ensuring a welcoming and effective office environment.
