Job DescriptionWe are looking for experienced OAM Developers to design, develop, test, debug, and deploy Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (OAM) software for 4G/5G telecom networks. Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, and deploy 4G/5G OAM software systems.
- Develop and test OAM modules for RAN and Core networks.
- Work with O-RAN O1 interfaces and Fault, Performance, and Configuration Management modules.
- Work with network management protocols, YANG data models, and related interfaces.




- Develop multithreaded and multiprocessing applications on Linux.
- Work with build environments, Makefiles, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Participate in software testing, integration, debugging, and customer support.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Preferred Skills
- FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, and Security Management)
- FM / PM / CM modules
- TTCN-3
- YANG data models
- ASN.1, XML, JSON, YAML, HTTP/HTTPS, SNMP, and Kafka
- Python and object-oriented programming concepts
- Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Experience delivering and supporting 4G/5G OAM products

Screening CriteriaCandidates must have relevant telecom/wireless experience, robust C/C++ skills, NETCONF protocol knowledge, and hands-on experience with the O-RAN O1 interface. Immediate to 15-day notice period candidates are preferred.
