Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and newly qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for freshers (BOT graduates) looking to gain hands-on clinical experience while enjoying flexible working hours. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions to help our clients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.

Job Details

- Employment Type: Part time / Full Time Both
- Experience Required: 0–2 years (Freshers strongly encouraged to apply)
- Education: Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) or Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) from a recognized institution.
- Location: Noida Sec 41
- Work Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' physical, sensory, developmental, and cognitive capabilities.
- Treatment Planning: Develop customized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and conditions.
- Therapy Implementation: Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions (e.g., sensory integration, motor skill development,



daily living training).
- Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Family & Caregiver Guidance: Educate parents, family members, or caregivers on home programs and exercises to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (pediatricians, speech therapists, psychologists, or school educators) if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Mandatory Degree: Valid BOT or MOT degree.
- Licensure: Registration with the relevant state council or All India Occupational Therapists' Association (AIOTA) is preferred.
- Clinical Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of therapeutic techniques, anatomy, and developmental milestones.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, patience, empathy, and a high level of enthusiasm for patient care.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage flexible hours and work independently under minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
