Position: OAM Engineer

Experience: 3–8 Years

Locations: Bengaluru (Manyata) / Delhi NCR

Qualification: BE / B.Tech

Domain: Telecom / Wireless / 4G / 5G / LTE

Mandatory Skills

- Solid programming skills in C/C++
- Hands-on experience with NETCONF Protocol
- Expertise in O-RAN O1 Interface

Preferred Skills

- FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security)
- FM/PM/CM (Fault, Performance & Configuration Management)
- TTCN-3

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy 4G/5G OAM software systems.
- Work on O-RAN O1 interface, FM/PM and CM modules, and associated data models.




- Develop and maintain OAM solutions for RAN and Core networks.
- Work with multi-threading and multi-processing architectures on Linux.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, build environments, and containerized deployments using Docker/Kubernetes.
- Work with NETCONF, YANG, SNMP, ASN.1, XML, JSON, YAML, HTTP(S), and Kafka.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and drive high-quality delivery.
- Support large-scale 4G/5G OAM development, sustenance, and customer support programs.

What We’re Looking For

- Candidates with strong knowledge of 4G/5G network architecture, network management principles, OAM product development, and hands-on expertise in telecom software engineering.
