– Staff Nurse

Location: Nova IVF Fertility Centre, Dehradun

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors during clinical procedures, and ensure smooth nursing operations at the IVF centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care and support to patients before, during, and after medical procedures.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and overall health condition.
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and clinical procedures.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the doctor.
- Prepare patients for procedures and provide necessary pre- and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and sterilization of medical equipment.
- Maintain adequate stock of medical supplies and nursing materials.
- Counsel patients regarding treatment procedures and provide emotional support.




- Coordinate with doctors and other staff members for smooth patient management.
- Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and clinical guidelines.

Educational Qualification

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.

Experience

- Relevant nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare centre preferred.
- Experience in IVF, fertility, or gynecology will be an added advantage.
- Freshers may also apply, depending on the centre’s requirements.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
