Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Nursing Educator to support the training and development of nursing staff and improve clinical knowledge and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training and educational sessions for nursing staff.
- Develop and deliver training programs based on hospital requirements.
- Support new nursing staff during induction and orientation.
- Conduct skill-based training and assessments.
- Promote adherence to clinical protocols and hospital standards.
- Identify training needs among nursing staff.
- Maintain training records and documentation.




- Coordinate with nursing management regarding staff development.

Candidate Requirements:

- B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Positive teaching and communication skills.
- Strong clinical knowledge.
- Ability to train and guide nursing staff effectively.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
