Key Responsibilities:

Develop current products and optimize existing designs.

Perform product development, design validation, and engineering improvements.

Use CATIA and CAD/CAM software for design activities.

Drive cycle time reduction and productivity improvement.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFT) for NPD projects.

Manage technical documentation and support PPAP activities.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for component identification.

Plan project timelines, activities, and execution.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

✅ Mandatory experience in the Wiring Harness Industry

✅ Proficiency in CATIA and CAD/CAM

✅ Basic knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, and 5S





✅ Knowledge of Poka-Yoke, Kaizen, and BOP

✅ Understanding of raw materials and component identification

✅ Experience in new machine development and productivity improvement

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills

✅ Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

✅ Vendor management and project planning skills
