Role Description
We are hiring US Non-IT Recruiters with 1–2 years of experience supporting mid- and senior-level hiring across Manufacturing, Construction, Logistics, and Skilled Trades sectors. The role involves full lifecycle US recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end US non-IT recruitment
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, and networking
- Screen and qualify candidates for mid and senior-level roles
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of US Non-IT recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Positive communication and stakeholder coordination
- Comfortable working US night shift
