About Position

This role focuses on managing Non-IT / Indirect Procurement activities across categories such as Admin, Facilities, HR, TA, L&D;, Marketing, and Infra. The position requires hands-on experience in sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiation, and PO / contract coordination.

What You'll Do :

- Execute purchase orders for non-IT categories
- Support vendor identification, RFQ/RFP, and bid evaluation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Manage vendor onboarding, invoices, payments, and PO-related queries
- Support contract renewals, compliance, and audit requirements
- Maintain procurement MIS, spend data, PO status, and trackers
- Track procurement KPIs and cost-saving opportunities

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 4 to 7 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Purchase-to-Pay functions
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement module (or equivalent ERP)
- Understanding of end-to-end P2P process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of contracts and vendor management
- B.E./B.Tech with relevant experience
- CIPS / ISM / CSCP certification is a plus
