Role Description The Node.js Developer will work on-site in the Pune Division in a full-time capacity, building and maintaining scalable web applications and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing server-side logic using Node.js, integrating APIs, and collaborating with front-end teams to deliver productive, secure, and maintainable solutions.



The role involves participating in code reviews, optimizing application performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.

The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps, to support project lifecycles from requirements analysis to deployment and ongoing enhancement. Documentation, unit testing, and continuous improvement of code quality and development processes will be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development using Node.js and related frameworks.
- Solid JavaScript skills and experience building modern web applications.
- Hands-on experience in Front-End Development, ideally with Redux.js or similar state management libraries.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and integration with front-end and third-party services.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
