Roles and Responsibilities

- Meet customers in person and understand their loan requirements.
- Explain available loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Generate business through company-provided leads and customer referrals.
- Assist customers with home loan, personal loan, and other loan-related requirements, as applicable.
- Collect and verify the required customer documents.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing and approval.
- Follow up with customers and banking partners until loan disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.




- Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular sales updates.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate or undergraduate with relevant sales experience.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Experience in field sales, banking, NBFC, or loan sales is preferred.
- Willingness to travel and meet customers in the field.
- Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
