About the Role

We are looking for a talented and innovative Engineer to join our New Product Development team. The candidate will collaborate with design and production teams to develop new products, create prototypes, reverse-engineer customer-specific solutions, and improve product performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop new products.
- Reverse-engineer customer-requested solutions to meet specific requirements.
- Conduct testing and validation of prototypes and finished products.
- Apply engineering principles to evaluate product performance and functionality.
- Document product development processes, test results, and improvements.
- Support product design activities and manufacturing feasibility.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and performance.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and design processes.
- Familiarity with CAD software and prototyping tools.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of reverse engineering techniques.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production floor operations.
- Understanding of material science and product testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and product lifecycle management.

Technical Skills

- CAD software proficiency, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Ability to conduct experiments and analyze data.
- Understanding of prototype development and product validation.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
