Participation in Internal meeting with NI Sales, NI PM after taking over in view by PM

- Participation in Kick off meeting along with sales and installation team.
- Submission of site check report for preparation of GAD.
- GAD preparation
- GAD submission to customer, Approval from customer
- Periodic job site visits as per project requirements in order to get the site prepared for installation meeting with customer for site readiness
- Sending communications to customers periodically or as and when required.
- Store arrangement
- PO request for unloading/scaffolding/Barricading
- Unloading, taking photographs of lorry before and after opening of seal and upload the same on

VIEW using OPMO.

- Proper storage of material
- Barricading/Scaffolding
- Clearance of PSN for material delivery as per tkEI’s standard process.
- GAD approval from customer
- To ensure that site is completely ready for installation before delivery of material at site. INS 08

- Notifying any shortage and damage material on LR copy and notifying the same to project managers/supervisors for further action.
- Submission of daily visit report to PM.
- Handing over of job site to Project Supervisor to carry out installation activities.
- Form A submission
- In case site is not ready and material has been delivered on customer’s request then material should be handed over to customer - Form: F-FO-008-0911
- Ensure that all material is stacked safely & properly in store as per 6S initiative and material should be handed over to sub-contractor if deployed at site. In case site is not ready and material has been delivered on customer’s request then material should be handed over to customer
- Installation of Job site banner/Board once order is booked by sales person.

Engineer/supervisor
