Role Summary ::
Lead 24x7 Network Operations Center activities and ensure secure operation of core network services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage NOC operations, staffing, and shift governance.
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management execution.
- Lead major outage response and restoration activities.
- Drive operational excellence, automation, and process improvements.
- Monitor operational KPIs and customer experience metrics.
- Coordinate with engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Develop team capability and succession planning.
