We are looking for an experienced L2 Network Operations Engineer with 47 years of experience in enterprise networking.

The candidate will be responsible for network support, troubleshooting, and maintaining infrastructure availability.

Strong hands-on experience in LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and wireless networking is required.

Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing is essential.

Experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM and load-balancing troubleshooting is required.

Hands-on experience with VMware SD-WAN Orchestrator is highly desirable.

The role involves network monitoring, performance analysis, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Experience with ThousandEyes, Cisco Catalyst Center, Datadog, SevOne, or equivalent tools is preferred.

The candidate will handle L2 incidents, service requests, and major incident escalations.





Responsibilities include root cause analysis (RCA) and adherence to defined SLAs.

Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is preferred.

The role also involves network changes, software upgrades, and configuration validation.

Knowledge of network vulnerabilities, CVEs, and hardware lifecycle management is an advantage.

The candidate will coordinate with L1/L3 teams, MSPs, ISPs, and vendors.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

CCNA certification is preferred, while CCNP is an added advantage.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a 247 rotational shift setting, as applicable.
