Role Summary:

- We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure. The candidate should have hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, VPNs, and network security solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and security of the IT workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- 1. Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Internet connectivity across all offices and branches.

- 1. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.

- 1. Administrator firewall solutions such as SonicWall, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar.

- 1. Configure and manage VPN solutions for remote users and branch connectivity.

- 1. Monitor network performance and availability using network monitoring tools.

- 1. Perform network capacity planning, upgrades, and optimization.

- 1. Implement and maintain network security policies and controls.

- 1. Troubleshoot network-related incidents and provide timely resolution.

- 1. Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for connectivity issues and service upgrades.

- 1. Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and asset inventories.

- 1. Support cloud networking requirements for Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.

- 1. Manage VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.

Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.

- 1. Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

- 1. Provide L2/L3 support for network infrastructure.

- 1. Closing IT Security VAPT points.

Networking:

- TCP/IP, Subnetting, VLANs, Routing & Switching
- OSPF, BGP, STP, HSRP, VRRP
- DHCP, DNS, NAT
- MPLS, SD-WAN

Security:

- Firewall Administration – FortiGate / SonicWall
- VPN (IPSec, SSL VPN & Site-to-Site VPN)

- IDS/IPS

- Network Access Control (NAC)

Wireless:

- Wi-Fi Design and Troubleshooting
- Ruckus, Cisco, Aruba Wireless Solutions

Monitoring Tools:

- PRTG

- SolarWinds

- ManageEngine OpManager

- Python

- Wireshark

- Ansible

Education Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Work Experience :

- 3-5 years of network administration and support experience.(Should be ready to travel across our branches in Mumbai depending upon the requirement.)

Certifications (Preferred) :

- CCNA / CCNP

- Fortinet NSE 4

- SonicWall CSSA/CSSA
- Aruba ACMA or Ruckus Certification
- Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-900)
