About the Opportunity

Join our growing Die Casting Division for a newly established Greenfield Manufacturing Project at Shendra, Chh. Sambhajinagar. We are looking for experienced professionals to drive operational excellence, process stability, and manufacturing productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage production, maintenance, or manufacturing engineering activities in a high-volume die casting environment.
- Ensure achievement of production targets, quality standards, OEE, and cost objectives.
- Drive process improvements, productivity enhancement, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, process, and quality issues.
- Implement TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Quality, Tooling, Maintenance,



Planning, and EHS teams for smooth operations.
- Support new product launches, capacity expansion, and greenfield project activities.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Aluminium Die Casting / Pressure Die Casting Operations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machine maintenance, process optimization, and quality systems.
- Exposure to TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, and Problem-Solving tools.
- Good cross-functional coordination and team management skills.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
