Role Description This is a full-time, in office Multicuisine Chef role based in Gurugram.

The Multicuisine

Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting a variety of dishes across multiple cuisines, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and portion control. Daily tasks include designing menus, organizing kitchen operations, managing food inventory, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The role involves coordinating with kitchen staff, training team members, and collaborating with management to develop seasonal and promotional menus.

The chef will also monitor food costs, minimize waste,



and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.

Qualifications

- Strong culinary skills across multiple cuisines (e.g., Indian, Continental, Asian), with proven experience in menu creation and recipe development.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, portion control, and coordination with support staff.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and HACCP or equivalent hygiene practices.
- Experience in inventory management, cost control, and efficient use of ingredients to reduce waste.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle peak service periods and multiple orders simultaneously.
- Prior experience as a Multicuisine Chef or in a similar role within hotels, restaurants, or catering operations.
- Relevant culinary qualification or certification from a recognized institute is preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant or hotel operations.
