? Hiring: MSP Team Lead (L2/L3)

Wingslide Technologies is looking for an experienced MSP Team Lead to manage IT support operations for our international clients in Recent Zealand and Austria.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead IT support operations and handle L2/L3 technical escalations.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Windows Server, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Manage RMM tools such as NinjaOne, Datto, N-able, or ConnectWise.
- Oversee endpoint security, antivirus, patching, and backup management.
- Manage Active Directory/Entra ID and remote device administration.
- Ensure timely issue resolution and professional communication with international clients.





Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on MSP/IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP), and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with RMM tools and endpoint security solutions.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, backup and recovery, and security best practices.
- Excellent English communication and troubleshooting skills.
