Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree
- Robust English communication
- Experience with young children preferred
- Passionate about working with pre-school aged children
- Montessori or Early Childhood training is welcome, not mandatory
- Willingness to learn and practise the Montessori approach

Responsibilities

- Observe each child closely and respond to their developmental needs




- Present materials with care and guide children toward independence
- Support growth across language, math, movement, practical life, emotional and social development
- Communicate with parents
- Collaborate with the team and keep growing in Montessori practice
