Department: MIS / Business Reporting

Experience: 7 to 12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Track business performance, sales targets, revenue, lead conversion, productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Consolidate data from multiple departments and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Automate recurring reports and improve existing reporting processes.
- Analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and highlight areas requiring management attention.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, and other teams to collect and validate business data.
- Prepare performance reports and presentations for senior management.
- Establish standard reporting formats, KPI trackers, and review mechanisms across departments.
- Monitor data quality and ensure timely updates from all stakeholders.
- Support business planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance review activities through data analysis.
- Lead and guide the MIS team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 7 to 12 years of experience in MIS, business reporting, sales analytics,



or management reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, Power Query, and complex formulas.
- Hands-on experience with Google Looker Studio and Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.
- Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in report automation, data consolidation, and KPI tracking.
- Good understanding of sales performance, revenue reporting, and operational metrics.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM or other business reporting systems.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and meet strict deadlines.
- Team management experience is preferred.
