Designation: Executive - Data Analytics

- Understand business needs and objectives.

- Regularly consult with stakeholders, to understand their business model, objectives, issues/challenges that Analytics can support.

- Extract data from primary/secondary sources & maintain databases/data systems in a secure manner.

- Communication and cross checking with relevant systems to ensure accuracy of data with consistency

- Provide data driven insights related to business performance & operational efficiency/revenue building strategies regularly.

- Provide pre-defined reports for business understanding and decision making as per defined timelines.

- Provide insights into industry trends, competitor intelligence, customer information regularly to the management.

- Lead,



develop & train team members to use analytical tools and skills to deliver the KRAs.

- Drive data driven initiatives to support business generation & revenue building efforts.

- Co-ordinate with senior management and provide required reports for Monthly Business Vertical Reviews.

- Participate in enterprise level developments related to new ERP implementation/UATs/Data testing & more.

- Ensure accuracy of data, information and reports at all points in time.

- Quality check & working on reports based on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis.

- Troubleshooting the reporting database setting and reports.

- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
