About the Role

We are looking for an MIS Executive to manage data, reporting, reconciliation, and information management across programmes and business initiatives. The role will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS & Reporting

- Manage end-to-end reporting requirements, including data collection, validation, consolidation, reconciliation, and preparation of MIS reports and dashboards.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
- Track reporting timelines and ensure accurate and timely submissions.
- Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, exceptions, and key observations.

2. Data Management & Reconciliation

- Collect, validate, clean, and maintain data across multiple systems and sources.
- Reconcile data across systems, reports, and operational records.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate databases, trackers, and records.

3. Dashboards & Analysis

- Build and maintain dashboards and trackers for key metrics.
- Present data in clear and actionable formats for reviews and decision-making.
- Improve and automate recurring reports wherever possible.

4. Cross-functional Coordination





- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Technology, Academic, HR, and other teams for data collection and validation.
- Follow up on pending data and reporting requirements.
- Understand reporting requirements and translate them into appropriate reports and trackers.

5. Data Quality & Process Management

- Standardise reporting formats, trackers, and templates.
- Implement checks to improve data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes.
- Maintain documentation of data sources and reporting processes.

What Were Looking For

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with data, MIS, reporting, or data management.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including lookups, pivot tables, data cleaning, and reporting.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and data from multiple sources.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify data discrepancies, gaps, and inconsistencies and resolve them.
- Strong stakeholder management and ownership of assigned reporting and data requirements.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with dashboards or BI tools is an advantage.
