Job Location: Dabua Pali Road, Village Bajri, Faridabad, Haryana

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with experience in the manufacturing industry to manage daily MIS operations, prepare reports, maintain business data, and support internal departments with accurate reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, data management, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.
- Manage data entry, data compilation, and database maintenance.
- Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers.
- Use Advanced Excel functions, formulas, lookup functions, Pivot Tables, and data analysis tools.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and organized records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and consolidate data.
- Track operational data, production-related information, and other relevant business reports.
- Identify data discrepancies and support timely corrections.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data.





Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, or data management.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Practical experience in preparing MIS reports and maintaining databases.
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and data consolidation.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet reporting deadlines.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
