Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various business units to create insightful reports.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations for real-time data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports generated.
- Collaborate with departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support management in tracking organizational performance.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for management to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of MIS processes and tools.

Skills and Tools Required

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective report presentation.
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
