Shristansh Ispat is a Bhopal-based trader, wholesaler and retailer of construction materials. We work with trusted brands in TMT bars, cement, MS pipes, binding wire and more. Builders, contractors and homeowners rely on us for quality material and honest service. We’re now ready to grow beyond word-of-mouth, and we’re looking for someone who can help us get there through smart, thoughtful digital advertising.

The Role

We’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who enjoys turning a small budget into real, measurable business. You’ll plan, run and improve our Facebook and Instagram campaigns so that the right people, such as contractors, builders, architects and home builders, find us and reach out. You’ll work closely with our sales team, so your success is judged by genuine enquiries and orders, not just clicks.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and run lead-generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including Lead Ads and Click-to-WhatsApp ads
- Set up and manage Meta Business Manager, Pixel, audiences and tracking
- Build targeted audiences around Bhopal and nearby regions, and test new ones regularly
- Work with our team or a designer to create ad creatives, copy and short videos that suit the construction industry
- Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets, creatives and targeting to bring down cost per lead
- Coordinate with sales to check lead quality and follow-up,



and improve based on what’s actually converting
- Share simple weekly and monthly reports on spend, leads, cost per lead and conversions
- Keep up with Meta’s updates and try new ideas that could help us grow

What We’re Looking For

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads, with proven results in lead generation
- Good understanding of Ads Manager, Pixel, custom and lookalike audiences, retargeting and A/B testing
- Comfort with basic analytics and reporting (Meta reports, Google Sheets or Looker Studio)
- Clear, simple writing in English and Hindi
- Curiosity, patience and a data-minded approach to decision-making
- Someone who takes ownership and communicates openly

Good to Have

- Experience in construction, real estate, building materials or any B2B/local business
- Basic skills in Canva or video editing
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools or Google Ads
- Knowledge of Bhopal and Madhya Pradesh markets

- A steady flow of quality enquiries from contractors, builders and retail customers
- A lower cost per lead over time
- Explicit tracking, so we always know what’s working and what isn’t
- Stronger brand visibility for Shristansh Ispat across Bhopal and nearby regions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
