This is a full-time, on-site MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and landscaping and Infrastructure role based in khanavide, palghar, Maharastra. The professional in this role will oversee MEP design coordination, installation, and commissioning for luxury residential projects, ensuring systems are efficient, safe, and compliant with local regulations and industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing drawings and technical specifications, coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and contractors, monitoring site work progress, and resolving MEP-related technical issues.

The role involves conducting quality checks, supporting cost estimation and value engineering, and maintaining documentation for approvals, inspections, and handover. The MEP Infra specialist will also collaborate closely with project management and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and integration of all MEP services.

Qualifications -

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including design review, installation practices, and commissioning procedures.





Experience in project coordination for MEP works, including liaising with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and local building regulations applicable to MEP infrastructure in India.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation for inspections and approvals.

Proficiency in basic engineering and construction software tools; exposure to CAD/BIM platforms is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in rapid-paced, high-quality luxury projects.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative approach to working on-site with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline; prior experience in residential or luxury real estate projects is preferred.
