Role Description
This full time, on-site MEP BIM Modeler role is based in Chennai and focuses on creating and maintaining detailed Building Information Models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The role involves interpreting architectural and construction drawings, coordinating MEP layouts within multidisciplinary models, and ensuring adherence to project standards and BIM execution plans. The MEP BIM Modeler will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to resolve design conflicts, update models based on design changes,
and prepare accurate drawings and documentation for construction.
Daily tasks include model development, clash detection support, documentation review, and timely delivery of model outputs aligned with project schedules and quality requirements.

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice preferred
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D plumbing BIM models using Revit.
- Prepare plumbing layouts, shop drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate plumbing systems with HVAC, electrical, and other MEP disciplines.
- Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and UAE regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to deliver projects within deadlines.
