We are looking for confident communicators who can understand students' educational needs, explain suitable academic opportunities, and guide them throughout the admission process.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced educational counsellors as well as fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding courses, universities, eligibility, admission procedures, and fee structures.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and recommend suitable educational options.
- Connect with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Assist students with application procedures, documentation, and admission-related queries.
- Build professional relationships with students and parents through clear and responsible communication.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure smooth student support.




- Work towards assigned counselling and admission goals while maintaining a student-first approach.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1–5 years in educational counselling, admissions, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers: Candidates with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office applications and WhatsApp.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building abilities.
- A professional attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to student support.
