Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage sales activities for dermatological products to doctors, chemists, and stockiest across assigned areas.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits, calls, and meetings.

- Identify current business opportunities and negotiate deals to increase revenue growth.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software (e.g., MS Office).

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, or promotions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of experience in pharma selling or medical sales.

- Strong knowledge of dermatology industry trends and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication skills for effective doctor activities management.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., B.Tech Computers).
