Job Summary
Minimum 2 years of Experience in E&M; coding with CPC certification.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. To Extract all necessary information and assign codes (CPT, ICD-10-CM & HCPCS) which most accurately describe each documented diagnosis, surgical procedure and special therapy.
2. To analyze Provider documentation to assure the appropriate Evaluation & Management (E&M;) levels are assigned using the correct CPT Code.
3. Ensure proper coding on provider documentation.
4. Reading and analyzing patient records, determining the correct codes for patient records.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
