Responsibilities

- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners in your territory.

- Develop and execute a territory business plan based on customer insights and local patient needs.

- Share clear and accurate science-based information to support healthcare professionals decision-making.

- Record and report activities, outcomes, and customer insights using company systems and tools.

- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to address customer needs and improve patient access.

- Continuously expand your knowledge of clinical evidence, market trends, and ways to improve your performance.

This is an on-site role based in Bangalore and requires regular travel within the assigned territory. You will join a supportive team that provides coaching and helpful feedback. Basic Qualification

- Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.

- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience in field sales, medical business, or territory management roles.

- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada; knowledge of other local languages spoken in Bangalore is a plus.

- Basic digital skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Right to work in India.

Preferred Qualification

- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare-related field roles.

- Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals.
