a. HVAC system including Chiller, cooling tower, chilled water pumps, cooling water pumps, AHU, FCU, VRF system, Domestic AC, Refrigerators, dehumidifiers, Walk in coolers, Cold rooms, Mortuary.
b. Calibration of refrigerators & Forms to be filled.
c. Maintenance of Medical gas system, Air compressors, Vacuum compressors, pumps.
- To maintain record of preventive & breakdown maintenance of equipment.
- Review of daily maintenance activities & escalated complaints.
- Necessary work permits to be filled & get it approved for the work to be done.
- Inform reporting Engineer for requirement of materials.
- Shutdown activities to be carried out if required in night shifts.
