Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Mechanical Engineer proficient in Inspection,Testing, MOM installation, assembly, and commissioning of Air pollution control equipment.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of duct routing, Dust collectors, Bag filters, Cyclones, Venturi scrubbers, Screw conveyors, Support structures, and other industrial equipment. The role requires strong coordination with design, production, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Assembly:

- Supervise and ensure proper Site assembly& installation of mechanical systems such as ducting, Dust Collector, bag filters, scrubbers, ID fans, blowers, and material handling systems.
- Verify alignment, bolting, welding, and structural stability of installed components.
- Ensure adherence to layout and engineering drawings during installation.

Commissioning & Testing:
- Execute dry and wet commissioning of installed systems.
- Ensure leakage testing, flow rate adjustments, and system balancing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or functional issues during commissioning.

Coordination & Documentation:
- Collaborate with design, project, and quality teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain installation records, reports, and commissioning documentation.




- Communicate with clients for technical approvals and site queries.
- Prepare minutes of meetings for site discussions and progress tracking.

Work Responsibilities :
- Prepare and Follow Quality Assurance Plan (QAP
- Daily coordination with Production.
- Conduct tests and maintain records and documentation of tests.
- Inward inspection, WIP and finished goods.
- Vendor inspection as per QAP.
- Efficient coordination with Customer /Consultant for final inspection.
- Maintain accurate records of Accepted, Rejected and Reworked quantity.
- Accessible and timely records of all the test reports guarantee /warranty certificates etc.
- Active support to Production to resolve technical issues/ query.
- Provide technical support to clients during commissioning.
- Submit daily quality reports to customers and the office.
- Prompt and productive service to customers after handing over the project
- Installation of All types of equipments supplied by the company, such as, Bag filter, Vent filter, Ventura Scrubber, Cyclone, Screw Conveyor, Ventilation system, Ducting, Enclosures, hoods, dampers within given time schedule

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
